Our Mission
At VB WAKE, our mission is to grow watersports in Hampton roads, bring the community together, and aid in the overall growth of the sport.
Our History
VB WAKE was a bi-product of the planning progress of VB WAKEFEST. We realized there was a lack of watersports presence in the area, lack of gear and boat sales, and essentially no community. VB WAKE was founded to give enthusiasts in Hampton Roads an entity they can turn to to assist with any of their Boating/ watersports needs.
Meet the Owner
VB Wake was founded by Virginia Beach local, and USN Veteran Kyle Rowland. Kyle first jumped on a wakeboard when he was 4 years old, standing between the bindings of his uncle ,Todd Rowland whom is a legend in the watersports community. Kyle spent his upbringing travelling and competing all over the country before joining the military in 2012. After 10 years in the service Kyle returned home to start his Next chapter VB WAKE.
